The Abductors are comprised of Glute minimus &f Glute medius.

The primary function of this muscle group is to move the leg away from the center of the body. If you are experiencing pain in the low back , glutes or hip your abductors could be to blame. Like the Adductors, if you participate in sports like basketball or soccer you are using these muscles regularly. If you participate in crossfit it is likely you already know how to foam roll these areas and it is so important that you do so!
